The Box Counselling Service

What is Counselling?
Counselling provides a safe place where time has been set aside to help you talk about things you need to. Talking to a counsellor is different from talking to a friend or family member. Counselling is confidential and the counsellor won't judge you or what you say. All our counsellors are qualified and experienced in working with young people.

The Box Counselling Service is available for young people aged 11-18.
Referrals to The Box Counselling Service can be made by completing the online referral form on this page.
A counsellor will then text or email you back within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) to advise you on our current waiting times and arrange a follow up phone call or introductory session to discuss your needs.
We can offer either in-person appointments in one of our counselling rooms at the Box or online and telephone based support depending on your preference.
