The Box may not be open for face to face contact with our young people at the moment but we now have a revamped online presence to allow us to continue to engage with young people in our community.

The new site will continue to expand over the next days and weeks offering information and advice for young people and parents.

The Box Counselling Service continues to offer support to young people and there is now a dedicated page on the site with online referral forms for for the first time.

The Box Counselling Service continues to operate during the current Covid-19 restrictions.

We are not able to offer face to face appointments but we are still offering a professional counselling service via phone, online meeting or text based communication.

Referrals can be made using the online form on the counselling page of our website.

You can also use the chat feature on our website if you have a question or want to find out more before you make a referral.

The Box has reluctantly taken the decision to restrict our services in the light of the Coronavirus situation and current government guidance.

Our after school social space and all other face to face contact with young people will be temporarily suspended until further notice.

We hope to continue providing some support to young people and, in particular, The Box Counselling Service will be offering ongoing support via telephone.

Please continue to check our website and social media platforms for updates and further information.
