The Box Counselling Service

What is Counselling?

Counselling provides a safe place where time has been set aside to help you talk about things you need to. Talking to a counsellor is different from talking to a friend or family member. Counselling is confidential and the counsellor won't judge you or what you say. All our counsellors are qualified and experienced in working with young people.

Interested in Counselling?

  • Are you going through a difficult time?

  • Do you need time to talk?

  • Do you need some extra support?

  • Do you have feelings you don't understand?

Referrals for counselling can be made using the link on this page.

If you would like further information before making a referral please contact the Counselling Service Co-ordinator on
